Spooky cosy Halloween

Join us for North Jutland's biggest Halloween celebration on 11-26 October from 10-17 when Aalborg Zoo is filled with pumpkin fun, horror and (un)cosiness for children and adults.

This year it's going to be even wilder than ever before. The garden is full of creative decorations, colourful flower arrangements and spooky scarecrows, which together with a GIGANTIC sea of pumpkins create a true Halloween atmosphere in every corner. The combination of nature's own colours and the wild decorations make a trip to the Zoo an experience in itself.

As something completely new, you can explore an impressive universe of tall sunflowers and huge, colourful butterflies at Lemurtorvet.

We're also opening a new giant Halloween play area in the old elephant enclosure. Here, children can let their imaginations run wild and engage in fun activities, competitions and lots of games - from monster tosses and ghost bowling to the giant straw bale maze.
