First serving - cold starter with three elements

• Italian thinly sliced veal with creamy sour mayonnaise flavoured with capers, dill and tuna
• Coppa, Spicy Spanish air-dried pork carpaccio, topped with orange and tossed in cranberries
• North Sea plaice terrine with lobster cream and citrus notes
• Rustic bread and butter

Second serving - main course with 7 elements

• Himmerland veal cooked with love
• Lightly roasted herb marinated poultry
• Slow-cooked hook-ripened tender pork
• Rustic petit potatoes tossed with Limfjord salt, local butter and parsley
• Chef's two creative salads inspired by Nordic and Mediterranean cuisine.

Third serving - dessert

Delicious ice cream and cake board consisting of

• Berry white cake with berries, cornflower and cream
• Mini chocolate fondant

Price per person DKK 525.00 for a minimum of 20 people.

For more than 20 people, children (3-11 years) eat for DKK 330.00.

6 hour event (extra hours are charged at DKK 1500,- per hour)
