World Congress of Santas on 9 July

Get into the Christmas spirit early when Santas, Santas and elves take over Aalborg Zoo and organise their annual World Congress with fun and games.

Programme for 9 July:

10.00-15.00:

Get into the true Christmas spirit all day long in the garden and at Safari Simon’s shows, featuring Father Christmases, their wives and elves

10.00-13.00:

Meet Father Christmases, Mrs Christmases and elves all around the garden, and take part in various Christmas activities organised by the ”Father Christmas Academy”. Get into the Christmas spirit, join in some fun Christmas games, write an early wish list and much more

12.00-12.20:

Meet Safari Simon, Pongo and Sonny on the Zoofari stage. There’s entertainment, singing, fun and games for the youngest children

13:00-14:00:

The Santa Claus Congress on the Zoofari stage. Sing-along to Christmas carols, a fashion show, elf competitions, the induction and coronation of new Santas, a vote on Christmas 2026, and other fun and games

Finally, the Father Christmases check that the reindeer are ready for their duties on Christmas Eve

Meet Safari Simon, Pongo and Sonny on the Zoofari stage. The Father Christmases are watching the show alongside the children, and there’s guaranteed to be plenty of fun and mischief both on stage and amongst the Father Christmases
