Meetings and conferences

At Aalborg Zoo, you can hold a meeting, course or conference with the roar of lions and polar bears as a backdrop. Our modern meeting and conference rooms are located in the Skovbakken restaurant with the best view of the Zoo in the city.

We can accommodate up to 90 meeting participants in our panorama room. Our second meeting room overlooking the forest can be booked for smaller gatherings of up to 50 people.

There is free parking right at the door and the rooms are equipped with a screen, projector, whiteboard, speakers and Wi-Fi. The meeting rooms can be booked with or without catering.  

If you hold a meeting with us, you have free access to Aalborg Zoo - within the zoo's normal opening hours. There is also the option of a "Animal Challenge" or a guided tour of the Zoo, which lasts 1-2 hours depending on your wishes (this is an additional cost) but is highly recommended as it is a great and fun experience for the participants.

All prices are excluding VAT and are only valid for a minimum of 16 people.
For meetings attended by fewer than 16 people, there is a room hire fee of DKK 3,000 for Panorama and DKK 1,800 for Skoven. This also applies to Aalborg Zoo's partners.

Morning meeting 8.00-11.00 am

Lunch meeting 12.00-16.00

  • Lunch buffet with a selection of cold and warm dishes. Served with a beer or water

  • Fresh fruit and ice water all day

Price per person DKK 450.00 including admission to Aalborg Zoo during normal opening hours.

Day meeting 8.30-16.00

  • A roll with cold cuts/jam
  • Coffee/tea
  • Lunch with a selection of cold and warm dishes. Accompanied by a beer or water
  • Afternoon coffee/tea with cake
  • Fresh fruit and ice water all day

Price per person DKK 550.00 including admission to Aalborg Zoo during normal opening hours.

Evening meeting

  • Evening buffet or 2-course menu
  • Ice water and fruit
  • Coffee/tea/cake
  • Drinks are not included.

Full day meeting

  • Roll with cold cuts/cheese/jam
  • Coffee/tea
  • Ice water and fruit all day
  • Lunch buffet with a selection of cold and warm dishes. Served with a beer or water
  • Afternoon coffee/tea with cake
  • 2-course dinner or chef's choice buffet, seasonal menu

Price DKK 855.00 per person including admission to Aalborg Zoo, but excluding drinks for the evening menu.
